A total multi-site outage — fully recovered
A multi-national enterprise lost every internal service when its cloud-delivered network edge went offline with no local fallback — the VPN connected, but nothing behind it was reachable and name resolution failed across the whole organisation.
We isolated the true root cause across the SASE/SD-WAN, firewall and Active Directory layers, stood up an interim edge to restore connectivity while the primary service was reinstated, then traced a hidden one-way routing fault sitting between two vendors' firewalls. Finally, we delivered a phased roadmap to consolidate the environment and remove every single point of failure the incident exposed.
